Stephen Karl was who I worked with and I have to say it was a truly unique experience.
We started our 2013 car buying experience at Lexus, because I previously owned an RX350.

After feeling like we needed a shower from that typical “Used Car Salesman” experience we received at Lexus,
we went to look at the Volt with Karl Chevrolet.

We were pleasantly surprised by the open, honest and warm reception we received at Karl.
Stephen was very knowledgeable about the cars, and was very open with their pricing, and estimating my trade in.

Stephen was completely open and forthcoming with us, and really has NOTHING TO HIDE.

I returned for a second look at the car with my father a week or two later,
and while we were negotiating the trade value, he took a call from his service manager… ON SPEAKERPHONE.
The service manager said a customer wanted a price match on new tires from another vendor.
Steve made sure that his people were still charging for installation labor, which I felt was fair,
and then told his service manager to match the price… all open and right in front of us.
And for you thinking this was a setup to make him appear open and honest with nothing to hide, it wasn’t.
We’d been there for half an hour already,
and there was no way for him to set up something that elaborate or know that we’d pay such close attention.

I walked out of there KNOWING that I could not have done better on the price of the vehicle I bought, or my trade.

I simply, unequivocally, and resoundingly recommend Karl Chevrolet in New Canaan, CT to anyone looking for a car,
especially a Chevy Volt.
